1. AIRPORT ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES AND POINT TO POINT TRANSFERS

Upon Arrival Please Collect Your Entire Luggage And Then Call Our Dispatch At 773 983 6916 Or 224-676-0664. We Monitor All Flights And Adjust Scheduling Accordingly. For All Trips From The Airport, You Are Not Responsible For Delayed Flights And We Do Not Charge Waiting Time. Rescheduling/Cancellation Are Possible At No Extra Charge, As Long As Rescheduling/Cancellation Is Requested More Than 24 Hours Before The Scheduled Pick-Up Time. A Cancellation Fee Of 20% (Equal To Gratuity) Will Be Charged For Any Cancellation Made Between 2-24 Hours Before The Scheduled Pick-Up Time. A Cancellation Fee Equal To The Cost Of Trip Plus 20% Service Fee (Equal To Gratuity) Will Be Charged For Any Cancellation Made Less Than 2 Hours Before The Scheduled Pick-Up Time. If Your Flight Is Cancelled Or For Some Reason You Are Flying On The Different Flight, Please Call Our Office At 773 983 6916 Or 224-676-0664. For all airport trips between 11pm and 4.00am additional $20 charge will be applied. All Trips There Is A 15 Minute Grace Period (Starts From Pick Up Time Described In The Reservation). After The Grace Period Has Elapsed, There Will Be A Charge Of 15$ For Every 15 Minutes Accrued. Please Provide Extra Stops Information When You Make A Reservation. Additional Stop En-Route Is Charged A $10.00 Per Stop In A Sedan or stretch if it’s on the way, $20.00 Per Stop if it’s far away. There is $4 Chicago Airport Tax Fee Added to the price on your arrival. We Will Honor Discounted Rates Advertised On A Web Site. All Online Reservations are subject To Availability. For All Services Paid With A Credit Card, We Require A Physical Imprint Of The Card Used To Make A Reservation. For Security Reasons, Our Driver Will Imprint Your Credit At The Time Of Service And Obtain The Signature Of A Card Holder.

Actual Total Amount Due Will Be Calculated Upon Completion Of The Trip. Balances To Be Paid To The Driver On The Run Date Before The Beginning Of The Run (At The Initial Pick-Up Location) Unless Paid With A Previously Authorized Credit Card. Vehicles Cannot Be Loaded Beyond Seating Capacity. All Deposits Are Non-Refundable. A Minimunm 20% Standard Gratuity, Based On The Fare, Stop Time, And Wait Time Will Be Added To Your Bill. At Any Moment During The Service You Are Not Fully Satisfied With Our Service, Please Contact Our Dispatch At 773-983-6916 Or 224-676-0664 Immediately. The Client Assumes Full Financial Liability For Any Damage To The Limousine Caused During The Duration Of The Rental By Them Or Any Members Of Their Party. Drug Use Is Prohibited By Law. Any Fines Will Be Paid For The Customer. The Driver Has The Right To Terminate Run Without Refund (If There Is Blatant Indiscretion On The Part Of The Client(S)). It Is Illegal To Stand Through The Sunroof. Victoria Limousine Inc Is Not Liable In The Event Of Mechanical Breakdown While On Charter And Will Only Be Responsible For Making Up Lost Time At A Mutually Agreed Date. Victoria Limousine Inc Does Not Accept Responsibility For Delayed Travel Time Due To Unforeseen Weather, Traffic, Road Conditions (For Example, Unsafe Road Conditions In Winter (I.E. Not Salted, Accidents, Etc.)), Or Delays Beyond Our Control. Victoria Limousine Inc Is Not Responsible For Articles Left In Limousines/Sedans.

Alcohol consumption by passengers under 21 years old is prohibited by law. The customer is fully responsible for underage passengers and their actions. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). In the event that a client becomes physically sick and soils the limo, $250 professional clean up/sanitation fee will be automatically added to basic limo charges. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines. Victoria limousine Inc affiliates with other companies, therefore Victoria Limousine is not responsible for all if any injuries, accidents, etc that may occur during the trip.

Bus.30% of the total price non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Bus cancellation fee equal to the cost of the trip will be charged for any cancellation made less than 7 days before the scheduled pick-up time. Glass is not allowed on the bus. There will be a cleaning fee of $250.00 charged if the bus is left dirty.
